Overview

Undergraduate students from colleges and universities across the country can participate in this unique academic experience. Students teams get the opportunity to successfully propose, design, fabricate, fly and evaluate a reduced gravity experiment of their choice over the course of four to six months. The overall experience includes scientific research, hands-on experimental design, test operations and educational/public outreach activities.

Eligibility

  • U.S. Citizen
  • All FLYERS MUST be 18 PRIOR to arrival in Houston
  • Each prospective flight crew member must be a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited U.S. institution of higher learning (junior college, community college, college, university) at the time the proposal is submitted
